Use:

Treats neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, and spinal cord injury
Manages fibromyalgia
Adjunctive therapy for adult patients with partial onset seizures
Treats generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
Dosage and Administration:

Typical starting dosage: 150 mg per day, divided into two or three doses, as prescribed by a healthcare provider
Dosage may be increased to 300 mg per day based on individual response and medical advice
Can be taken with or without food
